Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that compromise the integrity, security, or performance of our web hosting and data center services, including but not limited to:
- Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates South African law, including but not limited to the hosting, transmission, or storage of unlawful content, such as child pornography, hate speech, or pirated materials.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access any systems, networks, or data without proper authorization, including hacking, network scanning, or exploiting vulnerabilities in our infrastructure.
- Network Abuse: Engaging in activities that disrupt or degrade the performance of our services, including denial-of-service attacks, excessive use of bandwidth, or the dissemination of spam.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Hosting, distributing, or facilitating the unauthorized use or sharing of copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property without the express consent of the owner.
3. Security
Users are required to implement and maintain adequate security measures, such as the use of strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and regular software updates. Sharing of account credentials is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are compromised or used in a manner that threatens the security of our infrastructure.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
Users must comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and any other applicable South African data protection laws when using our Services.
